Event Assistant for FC Midtjylland - Europa League - 17th September

Description:
FedEx is the main sponsor of the upcoming UEFA Europa League, and as part of their sponsorship, they'll be running a corporate hospitality and Player Escort program.
We are looking for staff with an interest in football and with a high level of hospitality and events experience to represent FedEx.

The role is for a Brand Ambassador with the following responsibilities:
• Ensure Player Escort and their parents/guardians are met on arrival
• Support with pre-match preparations and liaise with UEFA venue management team on player escort duties
• Brief Player Escort with on-site tasks and escort to relevant ground staff / areas
• Be on hand for general support and directional guidance for hospitality guests and FedEx business host.
You will be required to obtain a CRB check for this activity - please advise in your email to us if this is something you already hold.

Please note that you will also be required for two or more of the following dates, so you should let us know about your availability on those dates as well:

• 1st October
• 22nd October
• 5th November
• 26th November
• 10th December

All candidates should live in or have transport options to Herning. Transport allowance will be covered if within more than 30 minutes travel.
